RETURN & REFUND
Thank you for choosing at BSCOBBER, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process. By placing an order, you agree to the following policy terms.
Warranty
We provide a One-year warranty on all products! (Accessories not included)
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Returns submitted after 30 days are not eligible.
2. Return Instructions
Before returning any product, please contact us at jasmine@bscobber.com to obtain authorization.
Once approved, we will send you the return instructions and designated return address.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected and returned to the sender at their own cost.
3. Conditions for Returns
Unused Items:
To qualify for a refund, the item must:
Be unused and in original condition;
Be free from dirt, odors, damage, or visible signs of use;
Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.

b) Used Items:
Used items can only be returned if there’s a verified manufacturing defect:
Requires prior written approval;
Item will be inspected upon return;
Refunds or replacements will be issued only after defect verification.
Note: Unauthorized returns of used items are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all costs incurred for recovery.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Before shipment: A 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover transaction and admin costs.
Pre-orders: Full payment is collected at checkout. 95% will be refunded if canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
5. Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged:
You must contact jasmine@bscobber.com within 30 days of delivery;
Clear photos or video proof is required;
Verified cases will be eligible for a replacement or refund;
Claims submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item;
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank or credit card statement;
Contact your payment provider for processing times;

7. Non-Returnable & Unauthorized Items
We do not accept returns for:
Items returned beyond the 30-day return window;
Used items without defects;
Products without original packaging or with missing parts;
Items purchased through unauthorized resellers.
Unauthorized returns may be sent back to the customer, and any associated costs are the customer's responsibility.
